  • Orders outside the U.S. are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid)

5. Changes or Cancellations

  • Contact us at service@yoikor.com within 12 hours of purchase for changes or cancellations
  • Once processing begins, orders cannot be modified

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged items: Provide a photo within 72 hours; replacement provided free of charge
  • Lost packages: If confirmed by the carrier, a replacement will be sent at no cost
